Slowing down the Timeline

If your timeline is scrolling down while you are reading, you can change to 'Slow Mode'. This is especially useful on a busy server, or the Federated timeline.

Rather than auto-refresh, the feed will give a link at the top to click and refresh when you are ready.

To turn this feature on:

• Click on the Preferences Cog option on the right-hand tool bar.
• Move to the 'Appearance' section
• Tick 'Slow mode'.
• 'Save Changes' at the top.
