Pixelfed User Guide

Pixelfed is an image posting and sharing service, which fully participates in the fediverse, therefore allowing accounts on other server types on the fediverse to follow and interact with posts. Typically a post on Pixelfed can contain four images or videos and 1,000 characters of plain text. However, these limits can be set by the server administrator. Hashtags, and links to web sites are also support in a post content.

A post on Pixelfed must contain at least one image. You can not post a text only post.
